A new blend for 2008, based loosely on the now defunct "Te Ji" or Premium Grade tuo cha produced from 2003 to 2007. "Hong Yan Yuan" means roughly "Red Strong Edge" and alludes to the "Te Ji" (red), strong and edge denotes its pungent "Cha Qi". This is good tuo for aging, you might want to open the bag for better and faster post-fermentation (aging).
