2012 Spring Wu Liang Mountain "Bi Luo Chun" Certified Organic Yunnan Green Tea
This lovely high mountain green tea from Wu Liang mountain of Simao is Certified Organic (JN Organic Certification)! "Bi Luo Chun" (lit. Green Snail Spring) is a high grade of Yunnan Large Leaf varietal green tea that is picked when just a few days old. Bi Luo Chun is called "Green Snail Spring because it is rolled into tighter pellets that open up when brewed! A nice aromatic green tea that can be infused many times!
We recommend brewing with 85-90C water with short infusion times (10s, 15s, 20s, 30s).
